I've owned businesses, run operations, spent years on data quality and served as a military intelligence analyst. The common thread is the same one in my current work: find out what's really happening, organize it so people can act on it, and make it reliable.

Hired to handle budgeting for property development; my work grew into product ownership of the company's operations platform — requirements, workflow and screen design, directing AI-built software, release verification and staff onboarding. Case study
- Operations Manager · Randy's Roustabout, La Pine, Oregon
A roustabout company supporting geothermal drilling, with road-security (guard shack) and water-delivery work. I handle business administration — W-9s, invoicing and email — along with client communications and the company's website and documentation.
- Owner / Operator · Vegas Native Liquidators, Las Vegas
Bought truckloads of Home Depot and Amazon shelf pulls and returns and resold the merchandise online from our warehouse. We stopped after about a year as shipping and trucking costs rose.

Evaluated search queries and map data for accuracy and intent to improve search and localization; quality assurance, analysis, reporting and documentation for large technology projects.
- Owner / Operator · Jefferson State Appliance
Ran budgeting, vendors, scheduling, procurement, inventory and financial oversight, and set up the business's own systems for workflow, job tracking, invoicing and quality control.

Personal budgeting app June 2026
Before this role, I built a multi-device app for my own bills and cash position with AI assistance: what each account will hold after unpaid bills, what's overdue or due soon, AutoPay tracking, monthly carry-forward, phone reminders and spreadsheet export — with each user's data kept private.
AI coaching system June 2026 – present
